The movable feast — Paris

Hemingway said that Paris is movable feast. This time in Paris, I savoured a lot of delicious while affordable food.

海明威曾說巴黎是流動的饗宴，而這次我吃了一些值得推薦的小食，享受這場食物的流動饗宴，以及法國巴黎的風情。

Quick

For a fast food chain hamburger standard, Quick is good. The mustard sauce superbly matches with the lettuces. But still don’t compare it with handmade hamburger. You will get disappointed. The chili and garlic sauce for fries is nice and special.

這間連鎖速食漢堡，在比利時和盧森堡擁有最多分店，而法國則是擁有第二多分店的國家。以速食的標準來看，Quick算是好吃的，但跟手工漢堡相比當然還是遜色囉!不過它漢堡裡的芥末醬非常好吃，跟生菜非常搭，還有沾薯條的辣醬混蒜醬，非常特別，很有記憶點，現在想起來那味道立即湧現，還是很想再吃。

拉法葉百貨頂樓市景。巴黎的房子真的好美，鐵塔點綴在遠方，晴空下，一切都閃耀。 We enjoyed a great view at the rooftop of lafayette. With the sunshine, everything is brilliant and crystal clear.

My first try of snails, it’s not bad but not so special as to try it next time. But I like foie gras very much. I love Confit de canard pommes grenailles. The last photo is tender beef which I like the most but it’s a very cruel cuisine.

The last but not least for the day is bubble tea from Taiwan. The Alley is special for its Brown Sugar Deerioca Series. Brown Sugar Deerioca Fresh Milk黑糖鹿丸鮮奶，黑糖的香氣迷人，喝起來口感溫潤。

What for breakfast? Definitely croissant and baguette. What is the tips for finding a nice bakery ? Just observe the customers. If it's local people and the elder come in to buy. That's it.

早餐吃什麼呢? 當然是可頌和法式長棍囉!

巴黎隨處都有麵包坊，我們就跟著當地居民進去購買，這間也是隨意經過，然後就進去買了，但是非常滿意，大推長棍麵包，外脆內富有嚼勁，唇齒留香，一口接一口的。
